Right of Withdrawal
Last updated on June 28, 2026
1. General Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Digital Content and Digital Services Exception
Under applicable EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may be lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and for digital services once performance has begun with your prior explicit consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.
During checkout for eligible products and services, we require your explicit confirmation before access is granted.
3. Products and Services Covered
This policy applies in particular to:
- online courses and lesson access;
- AI tools and AI credit-based usage;
- membership subscriptions and paid platform features;
- consultations booked and delivered through the platform.
4. Refund Handling
Where access to digital content or digital services has already been provided after your explicit consent, refunds are generally not available unless required by mandatory law.
If a refund is issued, we may revoke related access rights, benefits, credits, or entitlements corresponding to the refunded transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Contact
