How to read this page

These are the current standard platform terms. A promotion or a written individual agreement can provide better terms, while the terms accepted for a specific transaction remain the terms that apply to it.

Consulting Engagement fees

Client platform fee

A 3% platform fee is added to the Consultant’s proposed consultation price in the current checkout calculation.

Consultant platform fee

The standard Consultant platform fee is 10%. It is calculated from the proposed consultation price and deducted when the Consultant’s proceeds are calculated.

Reduced Consultant platform fee

An 8% platform fee applies from $5,000 in lifetime Marketing Mindset Consultant earnings. A written individual agreement may provide different terms.

Examples only. Any applicable tax is determined separately and should be shown before payment confirmation. The 8% tier would result in $92.00 before permitted adjustments on the same $100 consultation.

Consultation payments use Stripe Connect infrastructure. Payout eligibility and timing follow the settlement process and may be paused while a payment is disputed or reviewed.

Instructor royalties and course prices

Marketing Mindset does not currently configure one universal Instructor royalty rate. Course pricing, revenue share and payment arrangements are agreed with each creator before publication.

For qualifying direct standalone course sales, the Instructor Agreement provides a minimum 50% share of Distributable Course Revenue. This is not 50% of the gross checkout price: transaction-specific VAT or sales tax, refunds, reversals, mandatory processor charges, withholding, and disclosed third-party marketplace fees may be excluded first.

The current product and payment code does not implement a single royalty calculation, subscription allocation, bundle allocation, or course-sale payout formula. Subscription and bundle compensation therefore requires the applicable agreed terms.

For course creators

Your written commercial agreement should identify the agreed royalty or revenue-share terms, applicable price basis, payment timing, and any treatment of refunds, taxes, processor charges, campaigns, subscriptions, or bundles.

Discounts and temporary offers

Promotions, coupon codes, eligibility conditions, dates, usage limits, and minimum purchase amounts may apply to eligible Stripe products. The checkout shows an applicable discount before payment.

The Instructor Agreement limits Marketing Mindset-controlled reductions for an individually sold course to 50% below its agreed course price without the Instructor’s consent. That protection is contractual; it is not currently enforced by the discount code. A campaign or individual written agreement must not be read as a permanent change to standard terms unless it says so.

VAT and other taxes

Tax treatment depends on the product, customer location, and customer status. We do not provide personal tax advice. Current consultation checkout calculates the consultation price and platform fee; it does not present VAT as a separate calculated line.

Consultants and Instructors remain responsible for their own income, business, and reporting obligations, except for taxes Marketing Mindset or a payment provider must collect or remit by law.

Payment processing

Stripe provides payment and Connect account infrastructure for Consulting Engagements. Marketing Mindset is not a bank. Stripe’s verification, payout, reserve, reversal, and account rules can affect payment processing.

We do not publish a fixed Stripe processing fee because it can vary by payment method, country, and Stripe account terms. The current Consulting fee calculation does not separately deduct a Stripe processing fee from the standard Consultant proceeds shown above.

When a payment changes

Settlement can be paused while a dispute is reviewed. Refunds may be full or partial. The payment flow requests reversal of the related Stripe application fee when a refund is processed.

Transaction terms and applicable agreements govern any non-refundable payment-provider or dispute costs and other permitted adjustments.

Video, audio, and chat usage

We do not currently publish configured paid overage prices or fixed included-minute limits for consultation communication. Access may be restricted for abuse, excessive use, availability, or other applicable service rules.

What you should see before paying

Before a paid transaction is confirmed, the applicable flow should make the base price, platform or service fee, eligible discount, and final payable amount clear. Consultant payment records retain the calculated fee snapshot for the paid transaction.
